Hello, I'm Sobochan ("Sobo" means grandma in Japanese!). As an Airbnb Superhost, I've welcomed guests from all over the world. I also have professional experience in apartment building management, so your home is in good hands.
I don't speak English, but I respond quickly via translation chat (100% response rate, usually within an hour) — language has never been a problem for my guests. Feel free to ask me anything about life in Osaka, from sightseeing to where to shop.
I live on the 1st floor of this house, and the entire 2nd floor is yours. I respect your privacy completely, but I'm right downstairs whenever you need help. That's the kind of personal support a big rental company can't offer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum stay?
Contracts on this site start from 30 nights. For shorter stays (1–29 nights), please book via our Airbnb page.
What is the maximum stay?
Up to 180 nights per contract. If you'd like to stay longer, contact us and we'll discuss options.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Water, electricity and gas are all included in the price — no extra bills.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes — free high-speed fiber internet (500+ Mbps measured). Video calls and remote work are no problem.
Can I invite friends over?
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Short daytime visits may be possible — please ask in advance.
Can I register this address as my residence (juminhyo)?
As this is a temporary-use lease, resident registration is not possible in principle. If you need it, please mention it when you contact us.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free before the lease is signed. After signing, cancellation terms depend on timing — we explain them clearly at contract time.
When is the security deposit refunded?
After move-out, we check the room and refund the full deposit via PayPal within 7 days, provided there is no damage or excessive mess.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal — which means you can pay with a credit or debit card, safely and from any country.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a keypad code, from 3 p.m. After your contract is complete, we send you step-by-step photos of the entry process. The owner lives on the 1st floor, so help is always close by.
